Privacy Policy

Information stored in the app

SteadySteps Math stores child profile names, avatars, grade level, answers, practice history, reminder preferences, and progress summaries locally on the device. GOOD GUYS LABS LLC does not collect this personal data through the app. Progress does not sync between devices.

Accounts and subscriptions

The app does not require account registration, a classroom code, or a web login. The public app requires an active monthly subscription after onboarding. Apple processes purchases, restores, offer-code redemption, refunds, and subscription status; the current localized price and any applicable offer terms are shown by the App Store before confirmation.

Information we receive from you

The app and website do not send personal data to GOOD GUYS LABS LLC. If you choose to email our actively monitored support address, we receive only the address and information you voluntarily include and use it to respond to your request.

Analytics, ads, and sales of data

GOOD GUYS LABS LLC does not collect or sell personal data through SteadySteps Math. The app does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or ad tracking.

Progress PDF sharing

Progress PDFs are created locally. A PDF leaves the device only when the user invokes the iOS share sheet and chooses a destination. GOOD GUYS LABS LLC does not receive the PDF unless the user deliberately sends it to the support address.

Children's privacy

SteadySteps Math is intended to be used with parent or guardian involvement. Practice information remains on the device unless a parent or guardian deliberately shares a progress PDF through the iOS share sheet or voluntarily includes information in a support email.

Data control

You can remove a child's local practice data by deleting that profile in the app. You can remove all remaining local app data by deleting the app from the device. iOS controls may also affect app data backup and removal.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new updated date.
