SteadySteps Math is published by GOOD GUYS LABS LLC.

Educational use

SteadySteps Math is a General Education app for Grades 2-8 that provides educational practice and progress tools. It is not a substitute for professional educational, tutoring, psychological, or assessment services.

Parent and guardian involvement

The app is intended for use by children with appropriate parent or guardian involvement. Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether the app is appropriate for a child.

Acceptable use

You may use the app and website for lawful personal, family, or educational purposes. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, or use it to violate another person's rights.

Local data

Practice data is stored locally on the device, and GOOD GUYS LABS LLC does not collect personal data through the app. Progress PDFs are created locally and leave the device only when you invoke the iOS share sheet and choose a destination. You are responsible for managing device access, backups, sharing choices, and deletion of local app data.

Subscriptions

The public SteadySteps Math app requires an active auto-renewing monthly subscription after onboarding. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings. The current localized price and any applicable offer terms are loaded from the App Store and shown before purchase and may vary by region.

Offer codes and restoration

Offer-code eligibility, duration, redemption, and renewal terms are controlled and displayed by Apple. Offers may be limited to eligible subscribers, may expire, and may not be combined with another offer. A redeemed or purchased subscription can be restored with the same Apple Account. Restoring a purchase does not restore local child profiles or learning progress.

No warranty

The app and website are provided as available. We work to keep content useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every generated or displayed exercise will be error-free.

Changes

We may update these terms when the app changes or when legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new updated date.
